  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our facility is accessible 24/7 through our key fob system so you can train on your schedule
  • What is the minimum age requirement?
    The minimum age requirement is 16 years old
  • Do you have a sign up or annual fee?
    Nope! The only initial cost is to purchase your key fob so you're able to access the gym whenever you want!
  • How do I pay for my new membership?
    At this time payment is accepted through credit card or by direct withdrawal. Prepayment will be set up online and will be charged on the 1st of the month.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    No, we offer our best price to Everyone!
  • What if I lose my key fob?
    If you lose your key fob email us at info@finishlinefitness.ca and let us know. We will be happy to arrange a time for you to pick up a replacement. There is a $20 charge for a replacement key fob and the old one will be deactivated.
  • How do I get my fob?
    We will contact you to set up a time to pick up your key fob.
  • Can I share my key fob?
    No. We have a camera system that tracks who is entering and exiting the building. Each key fob is tied to an individuals membership and therefore everyone MUST tag in each time they enter the building.
  • Do you have wifi?
    Yes we do! Finish Line Fitness offers free wifi for it's members.
  • What should I wear to workout?
    At Finish Line Fitness we want the environment to be welcoming and comfortable for all members and therefore ask everyone to please wear shoes, tops such as t-shirts or tank tops and bottoms such as shorts or workout pants. We also ask you to wear indoor shoes to help keep the gym clean.
  • Can I use chalk?
    Chalk will not be allowed at this time in an effort the keep the gym clean.
  • Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
    Yes! At Finish Line Fitness we believe fitness is for everyone and therefore we have an accessible entrance, bathroom and shower. Email us at info@finishlinefitness.ca for details.
  • Do you have showers?
    Yes! Our facility is equipped with two private bathrooms each with their own showers! One of the bathrooms is fully accessible!
  • Does the gym provide towels?
    While the gym has two private bathrooms and showers, No towels will be provided.
  • How can I come check out the gym if it is only accessible by key fob?
    If you would like to come check out the gym, email us at info@finishlinefitness.ca to set up a time where one of our staff can meet you and show you around the gym.
  • I am from out of town. Do you have single day passes?
    Yes! Sign up online or email us at info@finishlinefitness.ca the day before you plan to come and we'll give you a one time access code that you can use to get in the next day. Note: 24 hour notice is required, $10 drop in fee applies.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We hope that you won't leave us however if you need to, email us with 30 days notice.
